Digital Product Refund Policy

Rivet & Rule sells digital downloads. Because customers receive immediate access to downloadable files, purchases are generally final and non-returnable once access has been provided.

Contact abuchert2442@gmail.com within 14 days if you were charged more than once, received the wrong files, cannot access your download, or a supplied file is corrupted or materially defective. We will first attempt to replace or restore access. If the issue cannot be corrected, we may provide an appropriate refund.

We do not provide refunds because a customer changed their mind, no longer needs the templates, lacks compatible software, or expected features not stated in the product description. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
