Digital Delivery Policy

All Rivet & Rule products are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

After successful payment, download access is provided electronically through the order confirmation page and/or email. Delivery is usually immediate, but fraud screening, payment processing, or technical delays can occasionally take up to 30 minutes.

If your download does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the email address used at checkout is correct. Then contact abuchert2442@gmail.com with your name and order number. We aim to respond within one business day.
